JJC Skillz, who tied the nuptial nuts with the actress popularly known as Jenifa last year said most people did not get the message behind the song.

The song, which is centered on relationship, was released in 2015.

The actress’ husband spoke to MTV Base recently when he said, “My song ‘Save the last dance’ is a song I actually wrote for her a couple of years ago.

“People didn’t really get it. Watch the video.

“Actually, I was searching. I was giving out the whole story.

“I was in the music video, me and my actress wife and the life that is yet to come but people didn’t get it,” JJC Skills quipped.

Meanwhile, recall that the devil was recently trying to raise his ugly head in the union between the duo.

The ‘usual’ 2017 prophecy of some pastors in Nigeria saw the duo’s camp in a rather unpleasant situation, although, the JJC Skillz says no evil prophecy against his wife will come to pass.

The founder of Mountain of Blessing and Miracle Church of Christ, Dr. Olagorioye Faleyimu, had prophesied that Funke Akindele won’t have a child before she dies.

The prophet had said ‘Jenifa’ should ‘pray deeply so as to have children, because without special prayers, she won’t have a child before she dies.’

In his words, the prophet said, “She is destined to be wealthy and famous but not destined to have a child and stable husband until she engages herself in the special prayer.

“Whosoever marries her must have another reason because the issue of not having a child will keep coming up and it will scatter the marriage.”

But in the midst of the entire drama, JJC Skillz took to his Snapchat to heap praises on his wife and fortify her with prayers, saying “No evil prophecies will come to pass in your generation.”

I’m sure she will excitedly ‘Save The Last Dance’ for display when her children are born.
