Popular singer, Cynthia Ikponmwenosa Morgan, popularly known by her stage name Cynthia Morgan, has reportedly dumped Jude Okoye’s record label, Northside Entertainment Incorporated. The ‘German Juice’ crooner, whose music is a fusion of pop, hip hop, dancehall and rap, came into limelight following the release of two singles titled ‘Don’t Break My Heart’ and ‘Lead Me On’, which received massive airplay and positive reviews from critics. In 2013, Jude ‘Engees’ Okoye, the elder brother and manager of pop duo, Psquare, signed the then upcoming singer, to his Northside Music Inc imprint. But it seems the relationship between the ‘Kuchi Kuchi’ hitmaker and Okoye has gone sour as they have reportedly part ways. The recording deal lasted for over three years. According to reports making the rounds on ‘Prinzbel TV’, Cynthia didn’t get a contract renewal and as such has moved on. Morgan had dropped a new single titled ‘In Love’ which was not successful. The video got less than 60k views. Could this be the reason she dumped hi? She removed the record label details from her Instagram account and also went on to delete the ‘musician’ as a work description from her social media account.

This however may imply that she may be going into production as that is what she has up on her official Instagram profile as her current ventures.

In other words, fans are alleging that Morgan is in the market for any record label that may want to invest in this exceptional talent who has her own style.
A couple of months back, Morgan took to her twitter handle to share her dismay on the negative effect social media is having on people. She even said that social media is steadily killing people more than cancer, noting that she may quit using the internet soon but recent checks by NAIJA.FM reveal that she has not quit as she made us believe.
