It seems Nigerian celebrities are bent on making making money from their career and forgetting the basics. Popular singer, Iyanya prove this recently as he fumbled when asked the full meaning of M.Sc. Iyanya was recently on Hip TV’s show, ‘Trending’, as a guest’ and along the line, the host of the show, Nancy Isime, asked him to give the full meaning of M.Sc, but amazingly, he could not. Iyanya does not know meaning of M.Sc.
In the video gone viral, he was seen laughing and saying “Oh my God, is it Masters…? Of course the host of the show had to remind him M.Sc was a degree, just to give him a clue, yet he fumbled until the host told him the answer.

This is coming a few days after fake Big Brother Naija housemate, Ese Eriata disgraced herself on TV as she fumbled when asked the full meaning of B.Sc. The fake housemate got the heat on social media after she woefully failed to say the full meaning of B.Sc. Like a fumbling competition, she was also a guest on Hip TV’s ‘Trending’.
On Ms Eriata’s part, when asked the full meaning of B.Sc (abbreviation for Bachelor of Science, she said “Oh my God, I know this thing, it’s just not coming.” However, she made a U-turn the following day to explain why she fumbled and of course, she got another batch of trolling from concerned Nigerians. Well, I guess the full meaning of M.Sc apparently also skipped the Mavin artist’s mind.

Again for the records, the abbreviation, ‘M.Sc’ simply means Master of Science.
