It seems popular Nigerian singer, born Ahmedu Augustine Obiabo known by his stage name Blackface, has given up on his ‘beef’ with music legend, Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2face. Blackface makes U-turn, says ‘I still gat mad love for 2face’.
Recall that for some time now, there has been a song theft saga between former members of the now defunct ‘Plantanshun boiz’, Blackface and 2face.

Blackface makes U-turn, says ‘I still gat mad love for 2face’
It all started after Blackface accused the ‘African Queen’ crooner of of intellectual theft. Blackface insisted that 2face stole his song ‘Let Somebody Love You’ and just recently, 2face demanded apology from Blackface, asking him to stop false statements or face legal consequences.
Blackface had dragged 2face to court, alleging that 2face acts holy yet stole his song. According to the ‘Hard Life’ songster, 2face owes his success to him as he is responsible for writing most of his hit songs, an allegation that has constantly surrounded the 2005 MTV Europe Music Awards winner.

Blackface also said 2face is filled with hate and envy and he also claimed that he saved him (2face) from incarceration.
Following the allegation, 2face’s lawyers sent a letter to Blackface, asking him to apologise within seven days for all the defamatory statements he has made against him (2face) and his manager, Efe Omorege, or be dragged to court. 2face in the letter dated May 5th, asked Blackface to apologise for accusing him of song theft, sabotage, music royalties fraud amongst others.
But in his response, Blackface called 2face evil, saying he will not apologize. He also asked 2face and his crew to go to hell…
However, while the dust raised by the saga is yet to settle, Blackface has revealed that he still got much love for him. He took to social media to share a throwback photo of himself, Faze alongside Tuface and said that he still remembers when they used to sit down together at the plantation villa.
